We have taken many old and interesting buildings and converted them into dwellings - from barns, stables and agricultural / industrial buildings to dove cotes, fire stations and churches.

Many such structures have been listed buildings under their former use and their conversion has required considerable sensitivity in the design for their new use and selection of materials.

All the local authority negotiations are carried out by ourselves on our clients behalf and we negotiate to realise our clients’ aspirations for their building.

We also design many domestic extensions of varying size  and complexity.

Our service is totally flexible providing either a design and local authority approval service or continuing through to  obtaining tenders and supervising the work on site.
